Five For Friday - Five Resources Brought to Us by Members and Colleagues During the Week Ending December 15, 2017

Each time a peer advisory group comes together, resources, nuggets, counsel and input are transferred from one member to the full group of members. 

During the week of December 15, 2017, the following resources or links were brought forward:

1. Emotional and Social Intelligence Tools  - Click-  

The Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations was founded in 1996 to aid the advancement of research and practice related to emotional intelligence in organizations. The following research projects and articles are provided by the Consortium to support this mission. Full-text documentation of each of these articles available for download free of charge.  Thank you, David Lewis, "of counsel" member of CEO Forum II. 

2. Business Planning Software - Click -

The world's leading business plan software, built for entrepreneurs like you.  Thank you Andrew Dabney, member of CEO Forum III. 

3. Eat, see and do in Northwest Arkansas

An App called LeisurList.  Download the app and allow it to offer you a curated recommendation list based on your lifestyle and interests.   Developed by the Runway Group.   Thank you Ed Nicholson and Michael Clark.  Ed is the chair of Elevate Performance's Accelerate Leadership Forums and is a great resource for members and others for how to optimally communicate with our stakeholders.  Michael Clark is a member of CEO Forum IV, semi-retired PR professional and will soon announce his second half career plans.  

4. Useful Resource

A resource for strategically executing in your organization coming from the authors of Traction, an app named EOS Global. Tools and articles that help leaders tighten up how we will execute and really prepare to scale and gain Traction.  Thank you Tara Limbird, Limbird Realty and member of CEO Forum IV.

Thank you, Ed Nicholson, for referring this great blog post to us.  Elise recently presented to Emerging Leader Forum VII and will be invited to present to Accelerate Leadership Forum VIII (previously referred to as the Emerging Leader Forum).  Ed and Elise have both been awarded "Super Mentor Awards" by Elevate Performance.  A super mentor is open to taking time to help aspiring leaders by quietly mentoring a surprising number of people.
